8-strip PCR Tubes

8-strip PCR tubes are designed with uniform and ultra-thin walls to speed up the heat transfer and shorten the time of the thermal cycle. Because of the polypropylene (PP) material, they are characterized by high purity and excellent stability. And with no RNase, DNase and pyrogen, PCR 8-tube strips can better ensure the integrity and no pollution of samples during the experiment.

8-strip PCR tubes are PCR products with eight single tubes connected together. Like other consumables, they are made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP). Because of its high purity and stability, this material can well adapt to the setting of repeated high and low temperatures and be autoclavable in the process of PCR reaction. 8-strip PCR tubes are free of DNase, RNase and pyrogen to guarantee the integrity, no pollution, no denaturation of samples. The wall of the tube is thin and uniform, which speeds up the heat transfer and shortens the thermal cycle. In order to avoid damage to the instrument caused by the height error and data distortion caused by uneven heating, we can determine whether to choose 0.1ml or 0.2ml products according to the volume of the heating module of different types of PCR instruments.

Whether it is end-point PCR or real-time qPCR, we all need to choose products with good heat production, uniformity and sealing. If the sealing performance is poor, it will cause the thermal evaporation of PCR reaction solution, affect the accurate control of reaction temperature and the concentration of each component in the experiment, and also become a source of pollution. In addition, qPCR requires tubes with high-transparency caps to improve the transmission intensity of fluorescence signals in reaction.
