Universal pipette tips are a kind of biomedical consumables used in conjunction with pipetting devices, and their main function is to transfer a measured volume of liquids. And they have a wide range of applications in genomics, proteomics, cellomics, metabonomics, bio-pharmaceutical and so on.

Pipette tips are generally made of high-quality PP (polypropylene) plastic which is colorless and transparent with stable chemical and mechanical properties and wide operating temperature. In production, we have adopted advanced molding technology to further ensure the excellent performance of products. Some pipette tips are equipped with hydrophobic filter elements that can prevent the pipetted samples from entering the pipette, thus protecting the device from being contaminated and corroded and avoiding the cross-infection among samples. For experiments that require high sensitivity, or precious samples or reagents that are easy to remain, pipette tips with the low-retention surface are able to achieve the maximum sample recovery. After the hydrophobic surface treatment, there will be less liquid remaining in the pipette tip.
